The day before CES 2012 opens to the public, the legal assessment of the work with press conferences and meetings with the various companies that we work with. Today we were able to participate in the GB press conference, where they had some great information to us. Perhaps the most interesting point of the meeting was a sneak peek at a few GB Intel Z77 plates Ivy bridge!

GIGABYTE Intel Z77 G1.Sniper 3 Motherboard

GIGABYTE G1.Sniper 3 was one of the first motherboard from GIGABYTE Intel Z77 legal evaluation managed to obtain from the hands of a little time with the first thing we noticed was the lack of fancy cooler. It's still a pre-preduction of the motherboard. So I'm sure we'll see a weapon with the motive of the coolers once G1.Sniper3 and Intel platform Ivy Bridge opens later this year.

Looking at the i/o panel on the gigabyte G1.Sniper 3 we see that has all the ports of the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 on the back, in total six. It also has a single PS/2 port, which can be used for the keyboard or mouse. It is not surprising is the display options for the Intel Z77. We have, DVI, VGA, HDMI, and the only port monitor. GIGABYTE G1.Sniper 3 features dual gigabit LAN, one of them is the Intel-based, while the second is Nick Qualcomm latest Atheros killer E2201.

GIGABYTE was kind enough to some graphic cards with some of the specifications for each of the boards. The first and most important of the specification is the support for the next generation of Intel processors on 22nm LGA1155 package. The next generation of Intel's 22nm, CPU is commonly know as Ivy bridge. GIGABYTE G1.Sniper 3 also includes the latest audio chipset from Creative, 3D sound engine. Much of the remaining details about the GIGABYTE G1.Sniper 3 is common for a G1 killer series of plates.

One product that is missing GB G1 killer series plate is a small form factor solutions. GIGABYTE is the solution to the problem with the GIGABYTE G1.Sniper M3. GIGABYTE G1.Sniper M3 micro ATX Board, which is full of creative features such as Audio, PCIe Gen 3 and, of course, support for the Ivy Bridge.

I/o panel for the GB G1.Sniper M3 is the same functionality as the outline of the G1.Sniper 3 above, even if the missing Dual LAN and offers only two SuperSpeed USB 3.0, the remaining four a total of six USB ports are USB 2.0.

As you can see did not disclose the GB for more information about GIGABYTE G1.Sniper M3 than they did on the outline of the G1.Sniper 3 above. The biggest difference is, of course, form factor and features built into the outline of the G1.Sniper M3 due to its size. Because it is a micro ATX solutions are obviously cannot run a Quad SLI or CrossFireX. One feature that it belongs to the gigabyte G1.Sniper M3 is nothing Qualcomm Atheros killer E2201. Even if you are running the Intel NIC, which I personally prefer over an entire series of G1 killer, but that's just my preference.
